HOT MAT
SCULPT
Your go-to for all things booty and core! We build, burn, and sculpt from the waist down. SCULPT is designed to activate your glutes, strengthen your core, and shape your lower body through slow, controlled, and intentional movement. Expect high-rep, low-impact exercises, deep pulses, fiery holds and core burners that target every inch of your legs, booty, and abs. You will leave feeling the burn in all the right places!

SIGNATURE
Our full-body flow that does it all. SIGNATURE is the foundation of our classes. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone every muscle group in one full-body session. We move with purpose and flow with control, through seamless flows that combine strength, mobility, and controlled reps. It is the kind of class that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and totally aligned, with just the right amount of spice!
REFORMER
STRONG
Time to level it up and feel STRONG! This class combines powerful reformer sequences, athletic and dynamic movements, paired with heavier resistance, springs and dumbbells. We aim to build endurance, muscle tone, and total-body strength. You’ll feel your muscles engage deeper as you push, pulse, and power through. It’s challenging, energising, and effective.

STABILITY
Tone from the inside out.
STABILITY is a full-body flow built around control, balance, and precision. With lighter springs and slow, steady movements, this class targets the smaller stabilising muscles you didn’t know existed (until now).
It’s all about tuning in, staying present, and challenging your body in a whole new way.

SWEAT
High-energy, high-intensity, full-body fire. SWEAT brings the heat with a fast-paced fusion of both our SCULPT and SIGNATURE classes, mixed with high-intensity bursts that push your limits and fire up your entire body. This class is designed to raise your heart rate, build endurance, and get you seriously working. Expect full-body strength, cardio spikes, and explosive core and cardio finishers. She’s fiery and fierce and will leave you sweaty.

STILL
Move gently, breathe deeply, connect fully.
STILL is a grounding and intentional yoga flow designed to help you move with presence and purpose. Guided by breath, you'll flow through gentle movements that mobilise the body, calms the mind, and creates space from the inside out.
This class is all about slowing down, feeling each movement, and building awareness through mindful movement.

SHAPE focuses on the fundamentals.
We concentrate on form, connecting with breath, and building confidence on the reformer. Expect slower-paced, controlled movements that strengthen your mind-muscle connection whilst working and sculpting from head to toe.
Whether you’re new to reformer or want to refine your technique, SHAPE is your space to slow things down, move intentionally, and feel every rep.
